Trips and Excursions
From time to time, the German European School Singapore arranges single or multiple day trips for its students either in Singapore or to neighbouring countries. I hereby consent to my child taking part in these excursions.
We understand that our child may be given the opportunity to swim or snorkel under appropriate supervision on these occasions and we consent to our child taking part in such activities.

Loss of Property
We understand that neither the School nor the teachers nor the supervisor of a co-curricular activity has any liability or responsibility towards us or our child in the event of loss or damage to personal belongings, and that we will be responsible for obtaining any insurance cover for such loss or damage as we see fit.

Parental/Student Consent Clause
The German European School Singapore (GESS) Data Protection Policy sets out how we collect and use personal data about you and your child(ren), so that we can provide the services necessary to your children’s education and appropriate to your membership in the GESS community. The policy is written in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (2012). GESS new family contact mobile and email address will be shared with the Buddies committee who will make contact with you and provide assistance and support. If you do not wish to be contacted by the class Buddy representative, please contact your GESS Admissions Officer.
The Data Protection Policy is available on the GESS website and may be amended from time to time.

We the undersigned request the enrolment of our child in accordance with the terms, conditions and the school rules of the German European School Singapore. We certify that all particulars furnished in this application are complete and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We understand that should any information relating to the applicant be withheld, falsified or omitted, the school reserves the right to terminate enrolment or cancel the offer of a place. We will notify the School of any changes immediately.

We have read and understood the information provided on the insurance policies.

By signing this contract we hereby confirm that we have received the documents listed and that we agree to abide by their terms, and where appropriate make our child aware of their content.
